长江公铁斜拉桥BIM模拟与计算分析 被引量:4

摘要 在总结分析国内外已建大跨度公铁两用斜拉桥结构特征的基础上,利用BIM技术对铜陵公铁两用长江大桥进行建模,导出为IFC标准格式,并导入到结构分析软件中,对其静、动力特性进行了计算分析,并详细介绍了大桥计算分析过程中的重点和难点,包括准确模拟桥面系结构、桩-土作用以及确定施工索力等。计算结果表明:模拟成桥索力与设计成桥索力相对误差均在±5%范围内;施工阶段和运营阶段主桁应力及索力均满足设计规范要求;考虑桩-土作用的大跨度桥梁结构体系动力特性明显优于无桩-土作用的桥梁结构体系。BIM技术在桥梁工程上的应用、建模及计算方法和结果可为同类桥梁的设计、分析提供参考。 The structural features on the basis of long span Rail-cum-Road cable-stayed bridges were analyzed that had been constructed in domestic and foreign. The Rail-cum-Road Yangtze Bridge located in Tongling was modeled using BIM technology, and its IFC standard format model was exported. On the basis of the above, the BIM model of the bridge was imported into the structural analysis program, hence its static and dynamic characteristics analysis calculation were carried out in the construction and operation of bridge. The result indicated that the deviation of simulated cable force and designed cable force in completion state was within ±5% range. The girder internal force and cable force were all meet the design requirements in the construction stage and in the operation stage. What’s more, the static and dynamic characteristics of the bridge with pile-soil interaction were improved obviously. The research practice can provide referential experience on BIM technology, especially in the area of bridge design, simulation, and dynamic characteristic analysis.
