适合中老年上睑皮肤松弛的理想重睑术式

An Ideal double-eyelid blepharoplasty appropriate for mid-age and elderly people

目的：创建一种适合于眉型无改变的中老年人上睑松弛的理想重睑术式。材料和方法：2012年-2014年以改良的重睑术式治疗中老年上睑松弛患者107例(女92例；男15例)，年龄35-86岁(平均年龄42岁)，术后随访时间6～36个月，对患者术后上睑形态及上睑局部肿胀恢复情况进行观察。结果：本研究107例患者在术后5～7d拆线时，眼睑肿胀基本恢复的为85例(79.4%)，剩下的22例(20.6%)均于术后2～4周时肿胀完全消退，96例（89.7%）患者对术后重睑形态非常满意，尤其认为术后肿胀恢复快及形态自然是该术式的最大优点。结论：本研究所建立的上睑松弛重睑术适用于中老年人，是眉形无改变的中老年上睑松弛的首选术式，值得临床推广。

Objective To establish an ideal double-eyelid blepharoplasty that is appropriate for mid-age and elderly peoplehaving upper-eyelid sagging without signs of dropping of eyebrow or abnormal eyebrow. Subjects and Methods 107 patients(with92 women and 15 men) were enrolled in this study who had underwent modified double-eyelid blepharoplasty from2012 to 2014, age range from 35 to 86 years old( mean 42 years old). Post-operation follow-up period was 6 to 36 months.The appearance of post-up double-eyelid and local swelling were observed and assessed. Results All of the 107 patients hadstructure removal on the 5th to 7th day after the surgery. Among them 85 patients (79.4%) had recovered from swelling of theeyelid at that time, and other 22 patients (20.6%) had recovered in 2-4 weeks after that time. According to a survey, 96 patients(89.7%) were satisfied with the post eye-lid surgical results, and thought the merit of this surgery was the shorter recoveringperiod and better natural eyelid's appearance. Conclusion This study confirmed that this double-eyelid blepharoplasty isappropriate for mid-age and elderly people without any changes of their eyebrows, and should be recommended to them as theirfirst choices.
