前牙美学区种植暂时修复体诱导塑形修复治疗的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of the body by moulding repair temporary repair anterior extractionsockets planting

目的:探究和分析暂时修复体诱导塑形修复在上颌前牙区的临床治疗效果。方法:2012年2月-2013年2月,笔者科室收治的前牙根骨折无法保留前牙的患者78例,予以即刻修复,共116颗种植体,定期随访1年,观察种植体的成功率、种植体的美学评价(以牙龈乳头水平和牙唇侧软组织丰满度为指标)和患者的满意度。结果:所有种植体中,只有1颗种植失败,与1年前相比无明显差异(P>0.05);修复术后半年与术后1年相比,5个牙位的牙间乳头由I度变为II度,7个牙位的牙龈唇侧丰满度由II度变为I度,均无明显差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。与1年前相比,种植体周围软组织形态满意度评价也无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:前牙美学区种植暂时修复体诱导塑形修复治疗在临床上具有应用意义,且治疗的美观性好,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of immediate restoration by moulding repair in the maxillaryanterior region. Methods From February 2012 to February 2013, 78 patients with anterior teeth fracture unable to retain in ourhospital were repaired immediately. A total of 116 implants, follow-up for 1 year were observed implant success rate, planting bodyaesthetics evaluation (to gingival papilla and dental labial soft tissue fullness degree as index) and patient satisfaction. ResultsAll implants in only one single crop failures, with 1 years ago compared had no significant difference (P>0.05); repair after sixmonths and 1 years after compared, five tooth positions of teeth between the nipple by I of degree II, 7 teeth gums labial fullnessfrom grade II to grade I, there was no significant difference (P >0.05), no statistical significance. Compared with 1 years ago,there was no significant difference in the morphology of the soft tissue around the implants (P>0.05). Conclusion Anterior toothesthetic implant provisional restorations moulding repair induction therapy in clinical practice has practical significance, and thetreatment of good appearance, high patient satisfaction, worthy of clinical promotion.
