血府逐瘀汤加减治疗日晒斑疗效观察与分析

Xuefuzhuyu Soup's Add-subtract in treatment with solar lentigo randomized controlled clinical study

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗日晒斑的疗效。方法:使用随机平行对照的方法,将60例患者分为两组。对照组:30例,采用维A酸治疗;治疗组:30例,予以血府逐瘀汤治疗。两组均连续治疗4个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),主要症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤加减治疗日晒斑,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of Xuefuzhuyu Soup's Add-subtract on the treatment ofsolar lentigo. Methods Randomized parallel control method was used as comparision, 60 patients (inpatient / outpatient) visitsby patients with case record number ballot sequence number SPSS19.0 generate a random number table randomly divided intotwo simple ways. The comparision group of 30 patients, use the vitamin A to treatment; The Treatment group of 30 patients,use the Xuefuzhuyu Soup to treatment. Continuous medication treatment of four cycles (4 weeks), to observation of therapeuticeffect. Results Treated group is better than Comparision group in clinical treatment (P <0.05). Treated group is better thanComparision group in the main symptoms of efficacy (P <0.05). Conclusion Treating solar lentigo by the Xuefuzhuyu Soup's Add-subtract has satisfactory effect. no side effect and worthy of promotion.
