痤疮后遗皮损的治疗研究进展

Research progress on the treatment of post-acne lesions

痤疮后遗皮损是痤疮炎症得到控制、皮肤自行修复损害后留下的皮损。主要分为痤疮后红斑、色素沉着、萎缩性瘢痕和增生性瘢痕四种。痤疮后遗皮损影响患者身心健康,治疗具有重要意义。本文通过检索分析相关治疗文献,对各型痤疮后遗皮损的最新治疗方法及疗效做一综述,涉及各类激光、化学剥脱法、注射填充以及放射治疗等的选用情况。

Lesions such as erythema, pigmentation and scars, which are so called post-acne lesions, often occur after the acne iscured.These lesions affect the patient’s appearance and may cause terrible influence to their life physically and psychologically.The treatment of post-acne lesions is very important.This article reviews the researches on classification and treatment progressof post-acne lesions.Kinds of lasers, chemical peeling,injection filling and X-ray therapy are included.
