点阵激光联合其他治疗方法在皮肤美容中的应用进展

Combining the fractional laser with other therapies in cosmetic dermatology: a review of the literature

点阵激光采用局灶性光热作用原理(fractional photothermolysis),可形成数十个显微热损伤区,刺激胶原再生,使周围正常皮肤组织快速修复。主要应用于临床治疗的点阵激光有剥脱性10600nm CO——2点阵激光、2 940nm Er:YAG激光,以及非剥脱性的1 550nm、1 540nm Er glass激光。因其在各领域存在的优势和不足,临床上尝试联合射频、微聚焦超声、光动力、脉冲染料激光、富血小板血浆等手段,对面部老化、痤疮、瘢痕、膨胀纹等皮肤问题进行治疗,以达到既安全又有效的治疗目的。本文对点阵激光联合其他方法在皮肤病治疗及皮肤美容上的应用进行综述。

The principle of fractionated laser is ablative fractionated photothermolysis,to Stimulate collagen regeneration.The surrounding normal skin tissue repaired quickly.Fractional lasers to mainly using clinical treatment are fractional carbondioxide laser,2 940nm erbium yttrium aluminium garnet( Er: YAG) laser, and non-ablative 1 550nm or 1 540nm Er glass:novelconcept of non-ablative fractional. on account of the lasers being advantages and disadvantages, doctors tried to combine othertherapies that were radiofrequency,microfocused ultrasound,photodynamics therapy,pulsed dye laser,platelet rich plasma,et alfor patients with individualized treatment to tackle facial skin aging, acne,scar, striae alba,and so on to better in the safety andvalidity. In this review, we discussed the Application to combine fractional laser and other therapies in dermatosis and cosmeticdermatology.
