CT肺动脉造影双低扫描的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨CT肺动脉造影双低扫描的应用价值。方法:实验组采用300 mgI/mL碘对比剂50mL、SAFIRE、70kV,对照组采用350 mgI/mL碘对比剂80mL、FBP、120kV,对比两组的CTDI_(VOL)、CT值、CNR、图像质量评分。结果:实验组和对照组的CTDI_(VOL)分别为(2.78±0.56)mGy、(5.13±0.67)mGy,实验组降低了45.81%;实验组碘对比剂减少了46.43%;实验组主肺动脉、右肺动脉、左肺动脉、左肺上叶肺动脉、左肺下叶肺动脉、右肺上叶肺动脉CT值均有显著提高,P<0.05;实验组主肺动脉、右肺动脉、左肺动脉、左肺上叶肺动脉、左肺下叶肺动脉、右肺上叶肺动脉、右肺中叶肺动脉、右肺下叶肺动脉的CNR有显著提高,P<0.05;实验组的图像质量评分为(4.23±0.55)分,对照组为(4.16±0.46)分,P>0.05。结论:CT肺动脉造影双低扫描不仅可以降低辐射剂量和碘对比剂用量,还改善了图像质量,具有很大的临床推广意义。
