本文从科技成果评价指标体系建设入手,剖析科技成果评价指标体系与科学研究的关系,即不仅关系到科学研究能否健康发展,更直接影响到一个国家的科技进步和经济增长的速度。结果表明,建立一个公平、客观、合理、严谨的评价指标体系,不仅能够在前期评估时对整个科技项目做出预判,而且能在科技成果研发成功后,更顺利、更便捷地投入到实际应用中去。

This article, from the construction of the evaluation index system of scientific and technological achievements, analyzes the relationship between scientific and technological achievements evaluation index system and scientific research, which is not only related to the healthy development of scientific research, but also directly affectsthe speed of a country's scientific and technological progress and economic growth. The results demonstrate that the establishment of a fair, objective, reasonable and rigorous evaluation index system, can not only make a prejudgment of the whole scientific and technological project in the early assessment, but can also introduced to the actual application more smoothly and more conveniently after the successful research and development of the scientific and technological achievements.
