The Strategy Research on Science and Technology Talent Development Driven by Innovation during the“Thirteenth Five-Year”in Fujian Province

坚持人才优先发展策略,是推进创新驱动发展战略深入实施的重要途径。通过分析福建省科技创新创业人才工作的现状和存在不足,提出"十三五"期间适应创新驱动的科技人才发展对策,为推动创新型省份建设和实施创新驱动发展战略提供强有力的人才支撑。

Adhering to the priority development strategy of talents is an important way to promote the indepth implementation of innovation-driven development strategy. Through the situation and deficiency analysis of Fujian provincial science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship talents work, this paper put forward the countermeasure on science and technologytalent developmentadapting to innovation driven during the“Thirteenth Five-year”, so as to promote to provide powerful talent support for the construction of innovative new province and the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.
