摘要
利用2007—2011年福建省ADTD闪电定位监测数据,选取了雷电流幅值和陡度2个参数作为闪电强度的评价指标,根据其统计特征进行了分析,通过确定权重和统一量纲,将2个参数融合在一起,提出了闪电强度的概念。利用加权求和法建立了闪电强度等级划分的数学模型,以99%、90%和10%三个分位数确定阈值分割点,并将闪电强度等级定性地划分为极强、强、中等和弱四个量级,其结果能够为雷电预警预报信息发布、雷电灾害调查和雷击风险评估等业务和相关决策服务提供直观参考依据。
We put forward the definition of lightning intensity based on new assessment criteria by combiningthelightning current amplitude and steepness withdetermined weights and unified dimension,according to their statistical characteristics in the monitoring data of ADTD systems in Fujian Province from 2007 to 2011. The mathematical model of lightning intensity hierarchy was establishedbythe weighted summation method, using the three percentages of 99%, 90% and 10% as the thresholds to separate the lightning intensity ranks as extremely strong,strong, general and weak. The results can directly provide a fairly good reference to business and related decision services including lightning warning and forecast, lightning disaster survey and lightning strike risk assessment.
