摘要
二冷区电磁搅拌是提高铸坯和钢板内部质量的有效手段。本文介绍了某炼钢厂电磁搅拌的类型、安装形式和技术参数,对比了二冷区电磁搅拌和动态轻压下对铸坯内部质量的影响,并通过优化调整电磁搅拌辊安装位置和工艺参数,提高了铸坯等轴晶比例,改善了铸坯中心偏析和白亮带状况。
S-EMS has become an effective means for improving casting slab quality of the finished product. Inthis paper,the S-EMS type,installation and technical parameters are introduced. The effect of electromagneticstirring and dynamic soft reduction on the inner quality of the slab was compared. Through the process test,the parameters and positions of S-EMS are optimized to improve the central segregation and white band status,and the equiaxed grain ratio increase.
