摘要
吊钩是起重机械的直接承载部件,疲劳寿命直接影响其使用寿命,因此疲劳性能成为吊钩用钢的关键性能指标之一。本文以StE-X钢为研究对象,由热轧圆钢经淬火(油淬)处理后,通过高周疲劳实验、组织观察、断口分析等对实验钢的疲劳性能和微观组织进行了分析。根据疲劳极限小样本评估方法,拟合得到StE-X钢的疲劳极限为360.4 MPa,疲劳断裂为表面萌生裂纹机制,疲劳断口分析证实了引起试样疲劳断裂的主要原因是组织不均匀及组织内部夹杂、疏松。
Hook is one of the main accessories of lifting machine. The fatigue performance of hook directly affectsthe service life of engineering structures and construction machinery. The high cycle fatigue test,microstructureobservation and fatigue fracture analysis of StE-X steel oil quenched were conducted in the paper.The results show that microstructure of the StE-X steel is the mixed microstructure of bainite and martensite.The fatigue limit is 360.4 MPa according to the fatigue limit small sample assessment methods. Fatigue fractureof the specimen is surface crack initiation mechanism. Fracture Analysis indicated that the main reasonsfor fatigue fracture are the uneven microstructure and the existence of the inclusions and puffs.
