摘要
层状复合材料集结构功能于一体,综合力学性能优异。本文系统地介绍了各种制备方法的界面和组织形成机理,并阐明了强/弱界面结合的层状复合材料所出现的隧道裂纹、脱层断裂和平行裂纹等多种断裂行为,总结了在断裂过程中的多种增韧机制,揭示了层状结构的尺度效应和韧脆转变效应,为层状复合材料的强韧化提供了理论基础。
Laminated composites combine structural and functional performance,exibit the excellent mechanicalproperties. The interface and microstructure formation mechanism of laminated composites by various fabricationmethods are introduced in present work. A number of fracture behaviors comprising of tunnel cracks,delamination crack and parallel cracks of laminated composites with strong and weak interfaces are clarified,and concluded several toughening mechanisms during the fracture process. In addition,size effect and ductilebrittle transition effect can be revealed in detail,which provides a theoretical basis for strengthening andtoughening laminated composites.
