基于“遥感、大数据、互联网+城乡规划”的“智慧规划”创新模式的探索——以东莞市为例

Explore Innovative Pattern of “Smart Planning” Based on “Remote Sensing, Big Data, Internet + Urban planning” in the Case of Dongguan City

"遥感、大数据、互联网+"等新技术集成应用,极大地丰富了数据获取来源,为城乡规划提供了新的分析方法。本文以东莞市为例,总结了东莞市城乡规划信息化与新技术应用的发展历程,结合新技术的应用时代背景,揭示了存在的问题,并为探索基于"遥感、大数据、互联网+城乡规划"的"智慧规划"创新模式提出了建议,为加强城市规划建设管理,提升城市品质提供技术基础,同时为中小城市的规划信息化及新技术应用提供借鉴。

The integrated application of "Remote sensing, Big data, Internet +" and other new technologies has greatly enriched the data sources, and provides new methods of urban and rural planning. Taking Dongguan City as an example,we summarized the development of urban and rural planning informationization and the application of new technologies.In the background of application of new technologies, the existing problems are revealed and the innovative pattern of“Smart Palnning”based on “Remote Sensing, Big Data, Internet + urban and rural planning” is explored, in order to strengthening urban planning and construction management, and enhanced the quality of the city. Meanwhile, a reference for the infomationization of urban planning and application of new technologies in small cities is provided.
