摘要
本文主要介绍了项目在建设与研究过程中关键技术取得的突破:顾及重力稀疏、地形影响、精密重力归算、与国家高程基准融合等技术难题,建立超大区域省级高精度似大地水准面计算处理系统理论、方法与技术;超大区域省级高精度、动态、三维测绘基准的理论、方法与技术;建立覆盖内蒙古自治区的、与国家测绘基准相一致的、高精度的、动态的连续运行卫星空间定位基准;基于 CORS 和高精度数字高程基准模型,构建自主的现代测绘基准综合管理服务系统,实现测绘基准的信息化服务。
This paper introduces the key technologies of the project which aims to break through a wide range of precision quasigeoid determination, establishment of Inner Mongolia high precision high resolution digital elevation model reference satellite navigation; determination the continuously operating reference station coordinate and velocity field, space positioning construction of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region high precision, three dimensional anddynamic; development of modern satellite positioning and navigation information service system; and the construction ofInner Mongolia precision surveying and mapping geographic information facility platform, providing fast and accurate ellipsoidal space information and services to promote the Inner Mongolia autonomous region economic sustainable and healthy development.
