摘要
本文介绍了TMAIC的合成方法,研究了各种工艺参数对合成反应的影响。得出最佳工艺条件为:甲基氯丙烯与氰酸钠的摩尔比为1.05,滴加温度以110℃为宜,反应温度应该控制在130℃左右,搅拌下反应3h,产品收率达84%。
The synthesis of TMAIC was introduced, the effect of different technic parameters in the synthesis were studied. The best technology parameters were obtained:the molar ratio of methyl allyl chloride to sodium cyanate was 1.05, droped at 110℃, the reaction temperature was about 130℃, and stirred for 3h. Under the optimum conditions, the yield was about 84 %.
