摘要
针对地理国情监测中变化监测技术问题,从基于遥感数据的地表覆盖变化监测与地表形变监测两个方面展开研究,综合分析了各技术的发展现状和特点。结合地理国情监测使用的数据源以及地理国情普查构建的本底数据库成果优势,总结了各优化算法在地理国情监测中的应用模式和工艺流程,并提出了以分类前直接比较法进行地表覆盖变化监测和以小基线集差分干涉测量进行地表形变监测的技术路线,为地理国情相关监测工作提供技术参考。
This paper researched on two issues of land cover change detection and surface deformation monitoring based on remote sensing data, which aimed at solving technology problems of change detection in geographical conditions monitoring. Firstly, the paper analyzed the developing status and characteristics of each issue comprehensively. Then, the paper summarized the application modes and processing flows for each optimization algorithm, combining with advantages of data source used in geographical conditions monitoring and national land cover database accomplished by geographical conditions monitoring. Besides, this paper proposed the workflows of preclassification directly comparison method for land cover change detection and small baseline D-InSAR method for ground deformation monitoring, which could provide some references for geographical conditions monitoring.
