摘要
基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对BS 312橡胶O型橡胶圈进行了稳态和瞬态动力学仿真分析。通过静力和交变位移加载方式,分别得出了O型橡胶圈的刚度—形变曲线和滞回曲线。仿真结果证明:该型号的O型橡胶圈具有较好的抗震能力和耗能能力。仿真算法及数值分析为确定密封圈性能提供了参考。
Static and transient simulation analyses are performed for O-type rubber sealing ring BS312using ANSYS.Its stiffness-deformation curve and hysteresis curve are obtained respectively by meansof load of static and alternating displacement.The simulation results show that,such a kind of O-typerubber sealing ring holds a better seismic and energy dissipation capacity.The simulation idea providesreferences for the performance analysis of all the rubber sealing rings.
