摘要
钢内筒烟囱的应用有助于提升火力发电效率。以240米钢内筒烟囱液压顶升设备为研究对象,对液压系统进行了简要分析。该液压系统从仿生学角度出发,由电气控制系统、构架和插销组成,分别充当机器人的大脑、骨架和关节。主液压系统和辅助液压系统相互联动,提高了设备稳定性和可靠性;智能控制系统有助于保护设备精度和操作人员安全。系统的实用价值得到了验证,对于摆脱技术依赖、节约研发经费等具有现实意义。
The application of the steel inner cylindrical chimney is helpful to improve the efficiency ofthermal power generation.The hydraulic system for hydraulic lifting equipment of240m steel innercylindrical chimney is briefly analyzed.Such a hydraulic system is designed from the view of bionics,and its composition such as electrical control system,structure and bolt,are respectively acted as brain,skeleton and joint of a robot.The main hydraulic system and auxiliary hydraulic system cooperate witheach other,and greatly improve the stability and reliability of the equipment;intelligent control systemensures the accuracy and operation safety of the equipment.The practical value of such a hydraulic systemhas been verified,which is of practical significance to break away from technological dependence on thedeveloped countries,reduce the cost of technology and develop the industrial economy.
