Structure Design on Hydraulic Self-swing Fire Water Monitor and its Jet Characteristics

摘要 水力自摆式消防水炮具有覆盖火场区域面大、可实现无人操作等优点。以阀控缸水力自动换向装置为例,对水力自摆式消防水炮结构进行了设计,并通过流体动力学软件测算了结构参数对射流特性的影响。分析表明:圆形流道比方形流道的射流情况更加稳定;当进口截面相同时,进口压力越大,射流特性越好;水炮通径变大时,出口压力也变大,但增量反而变小。上述分析结果将有力指导消防水炮设计,设计方案可行。 Hydraulic self-swing fire water monitor has its advantages such as large coverage of fire areaand feasibility of unmanned operation.Structure design on hydraulic self-swing fire water monitor iscarried out based on an example of hydraulic automatic reversing device for valve control cylinder,andthe influences of structure parameters on the jet characteristics are investigated using fluid dynamicssoftware.The analysis shows that,the jet of circular channel is more stable than that of square channel;when the inlet channel is the same,better jet characteristics can be obtained under a larger inlet pressure;the outlet pressure will be larger under a larger channel diameter,but the increment will be smaller.Theabove results will effectively guide the design of fire monitor.
