结合现阶段建筑施工项目质量管理所存在的问题,对质量管理体系构建与改革举措进行了深入探讨。结果表明,质量管理体系构建必须同时兼顾安全性、可靠性、经济性、耐久性;为深化质量管理改革,必须完善项目规划、加强协调、重视管理技术、引进国外先进方法和经验。以上举措有助于从根本上保障工程质量,具有重大的参考价值。

Combined with existing problems in the quality management of construction project,systematicestablishment and reform measures are discussed in detail.The results show that,the quality managementsystem must simultaneously take four factors such as safety,reliability,economy and durability intoaccount;in order to enhance the reform of quality management,four measures such as improvement onproject schedule,strengthen on coordination,attention on technological management,and introduction ofexternal advanced methods and experiences,must be obeyed.The above conclusions can help to ensure thequality of the project,which is of extreme reference value.
