Improvement on Protective Mask of Safety Helmet and its Applications

基于现有安全帽防护面罩的局限性,以国家标准中的技术参数为准绳,从材料选取和结构设计两方面提出了改进设想,并介绍了使用与维护方法。在材料选取方面秉承通风和宽覆盖的原则,在结构设计方面引入直角型金属框架和加装长尾票夹,有助于改善作业人员的舒适性、安全性,以及防护面罩的便利性、灵活性。通过性能试验和现场试用,相关指标全部合格,从源头上保障了作业人员的人身安全。

Based on the limitations of the existing protective mask of safety helmet,and the criterion oftechnical parameters in the national standard,its improvement ideas are put forward from two aspectssuch as material selection and structural design,and methods of its use and maintaining are introduced.The principle of adherence to ventilation and wide coverage in the material selection,and employment ofrectangular metal frame as well as retrofitting of binder clips,are beneficial for improvement on comfortand safety of operation personnel,as well as convenience and flexibility of protective mask.Through theperformance test and field trial,the relevant parameters are all qualified,managing to protect the safety ofoperation personnel from origin.
