摘要
阿舍勒铜矿主井深度1 242 m,箕斗装载硐室距离井口1 005 m,硐室围岩为膨胀岩,处于典型的千米深井膨胀岩层环境,为施工带来了巨大困难。通过现场评估与决策,研究分析了箕斗装载硐室和主井同时施工方案,探讨了辅助系统和劳动组织体系,介绍了在三个阶段掘进、二个阶段支护交叉进行的五阶段分层快速法的施工方案。结果表明:施工仅用40天顺利完成,比原计划提高了25%的效率,为公司带来了显著经济效益。该项技术积累了此类箕斗装载硐室施工的经验,可在类似矿山上加以推广。
The main well of Asele copper mine has depth of1242m,where the skip loading chamber is1005m apart from wellhead and surrounded by swelling rock,making it under a classical environmentof kilometer well depth and swelling rock layer,bringing out great difficulties for construction.Throughfield evaluation and decision,a plan of simultaneous construction on skip loading chamber and main wellis adopted.A rapid five-stage stratified method based construction procedure intersecting three drillingstages and two supporting stages is illustrated in detail,and its auxiliary system and labor organizationare introduced.Construction is successfully completed only by40days,improving the efficiency of25%compared with the original plan,bringing significant economic benefits for the enterprise.The successfulapplication of this technology is an accumulation of experiences for such constructions on skip loadingchamber,which can also be popularized in similar mines.
