复合型高效空冷器在水冷系统改造升级中的应用 被引量:5

Applications of Compound High Efficiency Air Cooler on Transformation and Upgrading for Water Cooling System

摘要 为克服传统水冷系统普遍存在的能耗大、水耗高、检修难等问题,研制了将传统空冷器、水冷器、凉水塔等设备融合于一体的复合型高效空冷器,并应用于多套水冷系统改造升级项目中。实测数据表明:复合型高效空冷器节能50%以上,年均综合节水率超过60%,节约成本60%左右。复合型高效空冷器被发改委列入《国家重点节能技术推广目录》(第五批、第六批),将更好、更广泛地为节约能源而服务。 In order to overcome the difficulties such as huge energy consumption,high water consumptionand troublesome maintenance commonly existed in the traditional water cooling system,a compoundhigh efficiency air cooler is developed by fusion of traditional devices such as air cooler,water coolerand cooling towers.Also,it is applied into several projects for transformation and upgrading for watercooling systems.The field data show that,the compound high efficiency air cooler can save energy of50%or above,water annually and comprehensively of50%or above,and cost of60%or so.The compoundhigh efficiency air cooler is indexed by NDRC into the5th and6th batches of National Key EnergyConservation Technology Promotion Catalog,making it better and more widely serve for the big trend ofenergy saving in China.
