锅炉低温省煤器改造系统设计与应用

Design and Application on Transformation System of Low Temperature Economizer for Boilers

摘要 低温省煤器系统的改造优化可提高锅炉运行效率与节省煤炭用量。采用理论分析,结合相关案例,对技术要点、关键问题和控制措施等改造方案进行了分析研究。改造后,低温省煤器入口水温控制在70℃以上,出口排烟温度控制在95℃以上,烟气压差控制在200~300Pa。实践表明:加强对低温省煤器的入口水温和出口烟气温度的控制,管控好烟气压差等相关指标,全面进行系统监测,锅炉低温省煤器改造优化方案可行。 Transformation and optimization on low temperature economizer system can improve theefficiency of a boiler and save its coal consumptions.In combination with theoretical analysis and casestudy,research is carried out on specific transformation schemes such as key technological points,coreproblems and control measures,etc.After such a transformation,its inlet water temperature is controlled at70℃above,its outlet exhaust gas temperature is controlled at95℃above,and its gas pressure differentialis controlled between200to300Pa.It is deduced from the practice that,the main idea for transformationand optimization on low temperature economizer for boilers is to strengthen the control on inlet watertemperature,outlet exhaust gas temperature as well as related indicators such as gas pressure differential,and conduct a systematic comprehensive monitoring.
