The circulating fluidized bed boiler has the advantages of high efficiency,flexibility,economy,cleanliness and so on.Combined with its structure,the common faults and their prevention strategiesare studied.Research shows that,the refractory material damage,deslagging system failure,materialcirculation system failure,coking,and wear of fluidized bed,are the five most common faults of thecirculating fluidized bed boiler.The mutual restrictions and influences among these faults should be paidgreat attention to in the procedure of prevention,inspection and maintenance,to reduce the failure rateand ensure the safety and stability of the boiler.
