摘要
基于现有BSSF滚筒法渣处理技术,通过对铸余渣特性的分析,结合滚筒渣处理装置本身的优势,对系统进行了二次开发。应用效果表明:二次开发的滚筒法渣处理系统运行稳定,增强了处理炼钢连铸余渣的能力,钢渣处理率从30%提高到85%,为钢渣资源化利用提供了良好条件,符合当今社会对环保及固废资源循环利用的需求。
Based on the existing BSSF drum-type slag treatment technology,through analysis on thecharacteristics of casting residue,and combined with the advantages of drum slag treatment device,asecondary development for such a system has been carried out.The application effects show that thesystem of drum-type slag treatment system runs stably,and enhances the ability of slag treatment for steelcasting.The treatment rate increases from30%to85%,providing a good condition for the use of steel slagresources,as well as meeting the needs of environmental protection and recycling of solid waste resourcesnowadays.
