摘要
道路桥梁养护在城市交通建设中发挥着重要作用,不仅关系交通通行,也关系安全问题。结合养护中发现的问题,探讨了从墩台基础和裂缝入手实施养护的优化措施,提出了建立健全管理模式、质量体系和责任体系;并将措施应用到实际案例,还进行了效果评估。评估效果表明:有关措施降低了施工难度,做到了人员与设备的优化配置,降低了桥梁破坏程度,节省折旧费500万元~1000万元/年。
Maintenance of roads and bridges plays an important role in the construction of urbantransportation,while some problems also exist.Combined with these problems,optimization measures onthe maintenance are put forward,and it is applied into an actual case for evaluation on the optimizationeffect.Assessment results point out that,the relevant measures reduce the difficulty of construction,achieve the optimization on configuration of personnel and equipment,reduce the damage extent to thebridge,and improve the quality of the project,which can save5~10million RMB of depreciation cost peryear.Establishment and perfection on the management mode,quality system and responsibility system,as well as the implementation on maintenance optimization from pier foundation and cracks,are thefundamentals of construction management system establishment of maintenance of roads and bridges,andimprovements on the social and economic benefits.
