基于数值模拟的U形拼焊板拉延成形方案设计

摘要 U形拼焊板冲压件形状复杂,具有拉延距离长、材料流动不均匀等特点。使用Dynaform软件建立了U形拼焊板的拉延成型模型,进行了数值模拟,从而提出设计方案。结果表明:选择阶梯压边圈和凸模模型等建模方案,可提高成形质量。焊缝模型对计算精度影响不大,可简化为刚性节点,提升计算效率。方案设计有助于寻求其它类似生产问题的解决。 Stamping part of U-shape welding plate is complex in shape,and has the characteristics of longdrawing distance and material flow non uniformity.Drawing forming model of U-shape welding plate isestablished using Dynaform software,and corresponding numerical simulation is carried out to proposescheme design.The results show that,selection of modeling schemes such as stepped blank holder andconvex model can improve the forming quality.The welding seam model has little effect on the simulationprecision,which can be simplified as rigid nodes,improving the efficiency.The above thoughts are alsohelpful for seeking solutions to other similar production issues.
