摘要
西安地质调查中心亟需建设新的调控系统,实现高效处理海量数据、合理控制建设工期,确保优质供电服务。立足于充分发挥调控系统数据继承的优势,尝试转换思路,创新地提出了不停电传动试验方法。通过平台搭建、试验设计和应用实践,有效地解决了电力调控系统的变电站监控信息核对问题。仅用3个月便完成了100多座变电站的4 164点"四遥"监控信息核对,缩短工期2.5年,减少了停电带来的电能量损失约1 500万千瓦时。表明对全国电网同类问题有重大参考和借鉴作用,具有明显的经济、安全和管理效益。
Xi'an Center of Geological Survey is in urgent need of building a new control system,aimingto effectively deal with massive data,feasibly control the construction period,and ensure the quality ofpower supply services.Based on a full employment of advantages on inheritance of control system data,as well as attempt to idea conversion,an innovative transmission test method under uninterruptible powersupply is put forward though platform establishment,experimental design and practical application,effectively solving the problems brought by the control system of monitoring information check forsubstation.Within only3months,4164"four-remote"monitoring information for more than100substations are completed,which shortens the construction period of2.5years,as well as reduces the lossof electric energy of about15million kWh.It is of great reference to similar problems encountered innational power grid,which has obvious effects for economic,safety and management.
