军用航空装备修理标准化刍议

On Standardization of Repair of Military Aviation Equipment

针对军用航空装备修理标准发展现状进行了分析,提出了相应标准化体系的建设途径,尤其是突出强调了人员规划的原则。研究表明:建立体系时需综合分析,力求全面配套、层次合理、分类恰当、内容完整,始终抓住"修理标准化"这一核心和主线,促进修理人员在实践中不断总结、升华和积累,最终为航空安全修理工作的建章立制做出更大贡献。

According to the development status of standards of repair of military aviation equipment,waysof constructing the corresponding standardization system are put forward,and especially,the principles ofpersonnel planning are highlighted.Research shows that,the comprehensive evaluation is necessary forestablishing such a system,striving to be comprehensive,reasonable,appropriate and complete.Core of“repair”should always be grasped,letting the repair personnel achieve sublimation and accumulation inpractice,for the ultimate contribution for the national military aviation safety.
