摘要
太阳能光伏发电高清洁、无污染,有替代不可再生能源的趋势。介绍了太阳能光伏发电原理,为技术的核心问题提出了相应对策,并以青海省为例,展望了技术发展前景。相关部门应加大技术研发力度,从用电负荷、电压波动、谐波污染和孤岛效应四个方面开展重点研究。青海省整年平均光照辐射量为6 500 MJ·m^(-2),位居全国第2,亟待引进高端人才,着力于新能源开发。太阳能光伏发电将成为我国科技和经济健康、稳步向前发展的支撑。
Photovoltaic power generation has characteristics such as high cleanliness and no pollution,anda trend to replace non-renewable energy.Principles of photovoltaic power generation are introduced,as tofurther put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the four core issues of such a technology.Also,Qinghai Province is taken as an example to prospect the development of photovoltaic power generation.Related departments should enhance technological research from the four core issues such as power load,voltage fluctuation,harmonic pollution and islanding effect.Qinghai Province has an average of6500MJ·m-2per year of light radiation,ranked2in China,so the introduction of high-end talent focusing onnew energy development is urgent.Technological revolution on photovoltaic power generation is bound tolead the healthy and steady development of science,technology and economy in China.
