多尺度遥感数据按需快速处理与定量遥感产品生成关键技术2013年度报告 被引量:2

摘要 该课题重点解决全球陆表综合观测多源遥感协同反演与多尺度定量遥感产品生成的重大关键技术,建立全球陆表综合观测的定量遥感产品技术体系,集成开发新一代全球综合观测陆表定量遥感产品生产原型系统,形成全球高精度、多尺度共性定量遥感产品生产能力,推动共性定量遥感产品在我国矿产、森林、水、粮食等资源环境监测的应用,为实现全球资源环境遥感监测的业务运行服务提供技术支撑。在全体人员的共同努力下,今年该课题在以下几个方面取得了重大进展:(1)初步建立了共性定量产品生产技术体系,包括共性产品的生产技术体系、共性定量遥感产品生产技术标准规范、制定了多尺度数据的全球剖分标准等;(2)多源多尺度遥感数据归一化处理关键技术取得突破,发展了中高和中低两个不同尺度上的几何、辐射归一化技术,发展了多种数据的光谱归一化技术,发展了中高分辨率数据大气校正技术等;(3)多源遥感协同高精度定量反演关键技术攻关取得突破,确定了几类共性定量产品的卫星数据组网方案,在辐射收支、植被结构与生长状态、水热通量、冰雪参数等方面都取得了关键技术突破,形成了部分产品的软件模块;(4)初步搭建了共性定量遥感产品生产原型系统软硬件环境,完成了中高分辨率遥感数据的归一化处理技术集成,完成了数据库分系统、运管分系统的研发,完成了30 m分辨率共性定量遥感产品生产算法的集成,形成了中高分辨率数据处理能力与30 m分辨率共性定量遥感产品的生产能力;(5)共性产品试生产与应用示范:利用该课题研发的算法为应用课题生产了部分共性定量遥感产品,并在鄱阳湖地区开展了初步的应用示范;(6)在国内外学术期刊上发表了27篇论文,其中SCI论文10篇,申请了国内发明专利5项。 This project focuses on the key technologies for multi-scale (MSc) remote sensing (RS) production and multi-source(MSu) remote sensing synergic inversion using remote sensing data with global terrestrial observing capability. The technologies will be integrated into a prototype software system with the guidance of quantitative RS production technical specifications and the software will be able to produce the global terrestrial quantitative RS products including radiation budget, vegetation,water and heat fluxes, and snow&ice related products. The success of this project will popularize the application of quantitativeRS products on forestry, agriculture, mining, and ecology. Several progresses have been made as follows: (1)Initiated tocompose technical specification on quantitative RS production, including production technical hierarchy, technical specification,and global gridding criteria. (2)MSu and MSc RS data normalization technologies have been making progress, including thegeometric correction technologies for moderate to low and moderate to high RS data, spectra normalization technology,atmospheric correction technology for moderate to high RS data. (3)MSu RS synergic inversion of terrestrial products were making progress, including defining the satellite networking schemes for different types of quantitative RS products and the software modules for radiation budget, vegetation, water and heat fluxes, and snow and ice related products. (4)Constructed the hardware and software environment for quantitative RS production software system research and development. Finished the normalization technologies integration for moderate to high resolution RS data. Finished the development of database subsystem and operational management subsystem. Finished the integration of quantitative RS production for 30 m resolution. (5)Produced some quantitative RS products for other projects and started an application at Poyang Lake area. (6)Published 27 papers including 10 SCI papers. Applied for 5 national invention patents.
