摘要
基于高校教师绩效考核考核指标难以量化、考核目标复杂等特点,提出将层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合的AHP-FCE方法。运用层次分析法(AHP)建立科学合理的高校绩效考核体系并确定各指标的权重,再运用模糊综合评价法(FCE)进行评判得出最终结果。该方法易于操作且具有较强的实用性。
It is complex, hard to evaluate college teachers’performance. This paper puts forward with AHP-FCE evaluation method which combine qualitative method with quantitative method. First, analytic hierarchy process(AHP)establishes a scientific and reasonable college teachers’performance evaluation system to determine the weight of each index, and then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE)judges the final result. This method is easy and practical to handle.
