摘要
《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》中明确提出要加强健康教育和健康人力资源建设,大力发展健康产业,建立起体系完整、结构优化的健康产业体系,使其成为国民经济支柱性产业。健康产业正成为助推健康中国建设的重要内容和国家产业发展的重要领域。当前医学教育和健康产业虽发展迅速,但社会对医学教育和健康服务的旺盛需求与我国的健康产业发展较为薄弱形成鲜明对比,还面临着健康产业高端医学人才短缺、行业标准和监管不健全、健康产业和创新能力不强等不同程度的挑战。需要加大医学教育人才培养供给侧改革,在人才培养方面加强合作与研究,促进医学教育和健康产业的融合发展。
The Health China2030Plan has clearly put forward that health education and talent fostering should bestrengthened,and health industry should be developed with a systematic and optimum structure,so as to become a pillarindustry in the national economy.Health industry is turning into a key contribution to health China construction and a criticalarea of the state industry development.Medical education and health industry have experienced a rapid progress,but therestill exists a sharp contrast between strong demand on the education/service and weak status of the industry growth.It facesvarious challenges including shortage of high-level talents,deficiency in industry standard and monitoring,and weaknessin industry innovation,etc.Consequently we should speed up reform of the medical education talent supply front,enhancecooperation and research in talent fostering,and boost upgrade of the medical education and industry.
