摘要
本文采用DPV-EVOLUTION对铜铝/镍石墨喷涂过程进行在线监测,测定了在典型喷涂工艺参数下,飞行粒子的温度,速度和流量等特性参数,研究了飞行粒子参数随着喷涂工艺参数变化的关系,分析了粒子飞行参数与涂层性能的关系。结果表明:随着喷涂距离的增加,颗粒获得更好的熔化效果,涂层的孔隙率降低,硬度和结合强度升高;随着送粉速率的增加,颗粒整体的温度、速度均降低,流量增加,其熔化效果下降,并且颗粒之间堆叠搭接产生孔隙的几率增大,因此涂层的孔隙率升高,硬度和结合强度降低。
This paper uses DPV-EVOLUTION to monitored the process of CuAl/NiCg spraying,determinestemperature,velocity,flow and other characteristic parameters of flying particles under typical spraying processparameters,studies the relationship between the parameters of the flying particles and the parameters of thespraying process,analyzes the relationship between the parameters of flying particles and the coating properties.Results show:with the increase of spraying distance,the particles get better melting effect,the porosity of thecoating decreases,the hardness and the bonding strength increase;with the increase of powder feeding rate,thetemperature and the velocity of the particles are decreased,the flow rate increases and the melting effect decreases,and the probability of overlapping of the particles between the particles increases,so the porosity of the coatingincreases,the hardness and the bonding strength decrease.
