摘要
该文对Abaqus/CAE进行了内核脚本及GUI的二次程序开发,通过开发内核脚本程序,建立友好的图形用户界面,创建格莱圈的建模与数值计算专用模块,实现格莱圈密封的参数化建模、分析计算、访问结果数据库等功能。通过该二次开发计算模块,对格莱圈的密封性能进行计算分析,结果表明:介质压力作用下,格莱圈最大接触应力一般均大于介质压力,满足密封条件;因格莱圈不易发生挤隙现象,且滑动面摩擦力小,具有良好的动密封性。
This article deals with Abaqus/CAE kernel script and GUI second development,though developing a kernel script,to establish afriendly graphical user interface,and create a special module for finite element numerical analysis of Glyd-ring seals.This module realizethe function of the automated modeling,analyzing and calculating,and accessing output database.Through this second development module,calculating and analyzing to Glyd-ring of sealing performance.The results show that:under the action of medium pressure,the maximumcontact stress of Glyd-ring seals is greater than medium pressure,meeting the sealing conditions.Because of less squeeze gap phenomenon,and friction of the sliding surface is small,Glyd-ring seals has a good dynamic sealing.
