"四个自信"是一个系统有机的整体。"文化自信"作为"四个自信"的重要组成部分,它的提出具有历史和现实的必然性。探讨在"四个自信"中,习近平总书记新近提出的"文化自信"的必然性和重要意义分三个步骤:首先,辨析了"文化自信"的确切含义以及它与一些相近概念的区别;其次,阐明了"文化自信"在"四个自信"中的地位和作用,尤其是与其他三个自信的关系;最后,在此基础上指出了"文化自信"对于中国的强国之路和实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦所具有的深远影响。

“Four kinds of self-confidence”is a systematic and organic whole.As an important part of“Fourkinds of self-confidence”,“cultural self-confidence”is a historical and realistic necessity.This article discussedmainly the necessity and significance for General Secretary Xi Jinping to propose the“cultural self-confidence”through three steps:First,the article clarified the meaning of“cultural self-confidence”and distinguished severalconcepts similar to it;Second,the position and role of the“cultural self-confidence”in“Four kinds of selfconfidence”are illuminated,especially its relationship with other three kinds of self-confidence;Third,thearticle also indicated that“cultural self-confidence”is of great help for making China powerful and realizing theChina Dream.
