右美托咪定对妇科腹腔镜手术患者全麻苏醒期的影响

Effect of dexmedetomidine on the quality of recovery from general anesthesia in patients undergoning gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的分析右美托咪定对妇科腹腔镜手术患者全麻苏醒期的影响。方法抽取2013年7月~2015年12月64例妇科腹腔镜手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组。64例患者均实施静脉麻醉,手术结束前半小时,对照组32例患者给予静脉输注生理盐水,试验组32例患者给予静脉泵注右美托咪定,分析比较两组患者的苏醒时间、拔管时间及不良反应发生率。结果两组患者的苏醒时间、拔管时间无差异(P>0.05);但对照组的不良反应发生率(53.13%)显著高于试验组(18.75%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科腹腔镜手术患者应用右美托咪定,可减少患者全麻苏醒期的不良反应发生率,效果安全可靠。

Objective To analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine on the quality of recovery from general anesthesia in patients undergoning gynecologicallaparoscopic surgery.Methods64cases of patients undergoning gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from July2013to December2015wereselected as the research subjects,and64patients were randomly assigned to the study group and the control group.64cases of patients received intravenousanesthesia,and control group(32cases)were treated with intravenous infusion of normal saline,the experimental group32patients treated with intravenousinfusion of dexmedetomidine half an hour before the end of the operation.The recovery time and extubation time and the incidence rate of adverse reaction ofthe two were compared.Results Two groups of patients awakening time,extubation time had no difference(P>0.05);but the incidence of adverse reactionsin patients of the control group(53.13%)was significantly higher than that of the experimental group(18.75%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopicgynecologic surgery patients with dexmedetomidine set half an hour before the end of the operation can decrease the incidence of adverse reactions in anesthesiarecovery period.
