香丹注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效及安全性分析

Curative effect of Xiangdan injection in treating coronary heart disease stenocardia and drug safety analysis

目的探析冠心病心绞痛采用香丹注射液治疗的有效性和安全性。方法随机将冠心病心绞痛患者108例分为两组,其中给予对照组常规治疗,而观察组则在对照组基础上运用香丹注射液治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果两组的治疗效果、血液流变学以及血脂水平对比差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用香丹注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛,具有较高的安全性和有效性。

Objective To explore curative effect of Xiangdan injection in treating coronary heart disease stenocardia and drug safety analysis.Methods108cases of patients with coronary heart disease stenocardia were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group received conventionaltreatment,and the patients in observation group received Xiangdan injection on the base of the treatment of control group.Then compared two groups ofclinical therapeutic effect.Results The blood rheology,blood lipid levels,curative effect of observation group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangdaninjection assistance is safe and effective for coronary heart disease.
