彝药是我国医学宝库中的一个重要组成部分。彝药达数千种,包括有动物药、矿物药、植物药,其中以植物药和动物药运用较为广泛。彝药炮制以彝药的药学理论为指导,而且紧紧结合临床。各种彝药的性能既是客观存在的,但又能通过炮制加以转化与调和,使各种药物的用法也有所不同。除治疗跌打损伤的药物喜酒泡制外,彝医大多喜用生药和鲜品。虽然喜用生药和鲜品,但彝药采回后还是要进行必要的加工以方便使用。文中综述了彝药的炮制理论、目的、方法和特色炮制。

Yi medicine is an important part of Chinese traditional medicine.Numbers of drugs,including animal medicine,Mineral medicine,herbalmedicine,were applied widely,especially animal medicine and herbal medicine.Yi medicine were concocted as drugs to treat someone,and its guidlinewas the theory of Yi nationality medicine pharmacy,which was tightly integrated clinical.Various properties of Yi medicine are objective reality,but to betransformed through the processing and reconciliation,so that the use of drugs are different.In addition to the medical treatment of bruises Yi pharmaceuticalwedding cook,most of the YI doctors like to use fresh drugs.Although YI doctors like using fresh medicine,but alsoYi medicine would be taken back as crudedrug processing.This paper introduces the theory concocted,purpose,method and characteristics concocted of Yi medicine.
