This Report covers the internet development status of the28member states of theEuropean Union,and presents an overview of the EU Internet from the dimensions of historicalcontext,strategy and planning,application and development,security and governance as well asdevelopment trends.The Internet construction of EU member states generally started earlier,andthe EU overall level has a leading position in the whole world.However,the internet developmentbetween members is uneven,and the digital single market has not yet formed in EU.
