牙髓血运重建术治疗发生根尖周病变的年轻恒牙的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Pulpal Revascularization in the Treatment of Young Permanent Teeth with Periapical Lesions

目的:观察牙髓血运重建术在发生根尖周病变的年轻恒牙患者中的临床治疗效果。方法:选取发生根尖周病变的年轻恒牙患者70例,随机分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组采用根尖诱导成形术治疗,观察组采用牙髓血运重建术治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果:观察组术后疗效率为94.29%,对照组疗效率为71.43%,观察组术后疗效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:发生根尖周病变的年轻恒牙患者采用牙髓血运重建术治疗效果理想,能促进恒牙再发育。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of pulp revascularization on young permanent teeth with periapical lesions. Methods:70 young permanent teeth were randomly divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=35).The control group was treated by apexification-induced plasty,the observation group was treated by pulpal revascularization,and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The curative rate of the observation group was 94.29% and71.43% in the control group,suggesting that the postoperative curative rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulpotomy revascularization is an ideal treatment for young permanent teeth with periapical lesion.It can promote the development of permanent teeth.
