超声附加绘图定位甲状腺微小结节在临床中的应用价值研究

Study on the Clinical Significance of Ultrasound-assisted Drawingsin Localization of Thyroid Micronodules

目的：分析讨论超声附加绘图定位应用在甲状腺微小结节患者中的临床效果。方法：本组选择2014年5月～2016年5月在沧州中西医医院接受治疗的86例甲状腺微小结节患者，应用病历单双号方法分组，对照组及试验组各43例，对照组行超声检查，试验组行超声附加绘图定位检查，比较两组患者疗效。结果：试验组患者治疗总有效率为97.7%，对照组为76.7%，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：超声附加绘图定位可以准确的将甲状腺微小结节切除，降低术后肿瘤残留情况，疗效显著。

Objective: To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of ultrasound-assisted drawinglocalization in patients with thyroid nodules.Methods: 86 cases of thyroid nodules were divided into the control group and the experimental group,43 cases in each group,selected from May 2014 to May 2016 in cangzhou integrated TCM & WM hospital.Among them,the control group was treated by ultrasound,and the test group was located by ultrasound-assisted drawinglocalization.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate was 97.7%,and the control group was 76.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-assisted drawinglocalizationcan accurately locate the thyroid nodules and reduce the residual tumor after operation,which has a significant effect.
