保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效对比

Comparison of Curative Effect of Breast Conserving Surgery and Modified Radical Mastectomy in the Treatment of Early Breast Cancer

目的：剖析早期乳腺癌用保乳术和改良根治术的疗效。方法：抽取2013年9月～2016年2月，我院接收的早期乳腺癌患者，共计78例。以随机数字盲法原理为依据，分组78例患者：分成实验与对照两组，各39例。试验组行保乳术，对照组行乳腺癌改良根治术。观察两组手术进展，比较住院时间等临床指标。结果：切口长度等手术指标上比较，实验组比对照组更优，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。实验组的住院时间为（11.01±1.49）d，对照组为（15.93±2.75）d。结论：于早期乳腺癌中用保乳术，手术创伤小，安全性高，有助于患者生存质量的改善。

Objective: To analyze the curative effect of breast surgery and modified radical in treatment of early breast cancer.Methods:78 cases of patients with early breast cancer were sellected from February 2013 to September,2016 in our hospital receives.Based on random digital blind method principle,78 patients were divided into experimental group and control group,39 cases each.Experimental group were given breast augmentation,the control group were given breast cancer modified radical.Operation progress,length of hospital stay and other clinical indicators of two groups were observed.Results:From two groups of operation indexes such as incision length,the experimental group better than the control group (P<0.05),with statistical significance. Experimental group of hospital stay (11.01±1.49) d,the control group (15.93±2.75)d.Conclusion:In early breast cancer with confirmed breast augmentation,small surgical trauma,high safety,help to improve patient quality of life.
