髋关节发育不良伴股骨头坏死的临床治疗研究

Clinical Research of the Treatment of Hip Dysplasia Associated with Femoral Head Necrosis

目的：剖析髋关节发育不良伴股骨头坏死的临床治疗方法与效果。方法：选择2012年6月～2014年1月我院收治髋关节发育不良伴股骨头坏死18例，全都接受全髋关节置换术治疗。观察本组18例患者手术治疗的效果，并予以为期18～30个月的随访。结果：本组患者术后的髋关节功能评分为（90.6±1.8）分，明显高于术前的（35.4±2.8）分。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：明确该病患者手术适应证，处理好股骨近端畸形，选最适假体，再予全髋关节置换术治疗，其可提高疗效并缩短关节屈曲功能恢复的时间。

Objective: To analyze the effect of hip dysplasia accompanied the clinical treatment of femoral head necrosis.Methods: 18 cases of hip dysplasia casesin our hospital from Jun 2012 to Jan 2014 were treated with total hip arthroplasty for cases. To observe the effect of surgical treatment in 18 cases of this group,and the follow-up period was 18~30 months.Results:After the evaluation,for this group of patients with postoperative hip joint function score was (90.6±1.8) significantly higher than the preoperative(35.4±2.8).Before/after the operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical treatment of hip dysplasia associated with femoral head necrosis patients,surgical indications should be defined in patients under the premise of the proximal femoral deformities were good,and for patients to choose the most suitable prosthesis,and then make a total hip replacement therapy.
