糖尿病足外科治疗的临床诊疗效果研究

Clinical Efficacy of Surgical Treatment of Diabetic Foot

目的:探讨外科治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:选择笔者所在医院82例糖尿病足病例,根据患者病历号单双进行分组,41例对照组,41例观察组,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:对照组患者中9例患者无效,4例患者为好转,28例患者为治愈。观察组2例为无效,3例为好转,36例为治愈。总有效率比较,对照组为78.05%,观察组为95.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外科治疗糖尿病足效果较好,可有效控制血糖,促进溃疡面愈合,降低截肢和死亡率。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatment of diabetic foot.Methods:82 cases of diabetic foot in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (41 cases) and control group(41 cases).The control group was treated with internal medicine,and the others was given surgical treatment.Results:Efficiency of the observation group was 95.12%,significantly higher than that of the control group with 78.05%(P<0.05).Observation group of 1 cases of amputation,1 cases of death.Control group of 4 cases of amputation,5 cases of death.The healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the fasting blood glucose was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effect of surgical treatment of diabetic foot is good,can effectively control blood sugar,promote ulcer surface healing,reduce amputation and mortality.
