手术治疗与保守治疗多发性肋骨骨折的效果比较研究

Comparative Study on the Effect of Surgical Treatment and Conservative Treatment of Multiple Rib Fractures

目的：探析多发性肋骨骨折运用保守治疗和手术治疗的效果。方法：笔者所在医院2012年1月～2014年1月治疗多发性肋骨骨折患者106例，根据病历单双号进行随机分组，对照组患者应用保守治疗。观察组则运用手术治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：观察组的各项临床指标均优于对照组，比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：临床上给予多发性肋骨骨折患者手术治疗，能够获得较好的疗效。

Objective: To analyze multiple rib fractures using conservative treatment and surgical treatment of the effect. Methods:Our hospital in Jan 2012 `Jan2014 the treatment of multiple rib fractures in 106 cases,according to the records of odd and even numbers were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with surgery.Observation group was treated by surgical treatment,compared with two groups of curative effect.Results:The clinical indexes in observation group were better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Surgical treatment for patients with clinically to give multiple fractured ribs,can achieve good curative effect.
