院前急救阿托品应用对急性有机磷农药中毒预后的影响

Effect of Pre-hospital Care and Atropine Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning Prognosis

目的：分析院前急救阿托品治疗急性有机磷农药中毒患者的效果，旨在降低死亡率。方法：选择2012年1月～2015年12月我院62例急性有机磷农药中毒患者为研究对象，根据入院前是否应用阿托品分为阿托品组和对照组，其中阿托品组37例，对照组25例。对两组患者的呼吸功能和预后状况。结果：阿托品组患者的呼吸功能评级0级和I级所占比例明显高于对照组，而II级和III级所占比例低于对照组，Ridit分析结果显示，两组间差异具有统计学意义（Z=-2.449，P=0.014）。阿托品组患者的治愈率明显高于对照组，而症状消失时间和住院时间明显低于对照组，t检验或卡方检验均表明，两组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：院前急救阿托品应用对急性有机磷农药中毒，能提高患者的生命指征，改善患者预后。

Objective: To investigate the effect of pre-hospital care and Atropine acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning prognosis,designed to reduce mortality.Methods: 62 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning as the research object in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Dec 2015,depending on whether the application before admission into atropine atropine group and control group,25 cases in which the atropine group of 37 patients in the control group.Respiratory function and prognosis for both groups of patients.Results:Atropine group of patients with respiratory function rating,0grade andⅡgrade were higher than the control group significantly,0 grade and Ⅱgrade were lower than the control groupsignificantly,Ridit analysis showed a statistically significant difference between the two groups (Z=-2.449,P=0.014).Atropinegroup were significantly higher cure rate,and the symptoms disappeared time and length of hospital stay was significantly lower than the control group,t-test or chi-square test show that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pre-hospital emergency atropine acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,can improve the patient's vital signs,improve patient prognosis.
