骨蚀灵配合微创手术治疗ARCOⅠ、Ⅱ期股骨头坏死

Gushiling with Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Femoral Head Necrosis with ARCO Ⅰ and Ⅱ Stage

目的：研究骨蚀灵配合微创手术治疗国际骨循环研究会（ARCO）I、II期股骨头坏死的治疗效果，以期指导临床应用。方法：选取2015年12月～2016年3月我院就诊的股骨头坏死处于ARCO分期I期和II期的患者50名，随机分为两组，每组25名。对照组仅根据病情需要进行相应的微创手术，试验组采用骨蚀灵配合微创手术进行治疗，观察并记录两组患者的治疗效果和恢复效果，并进行分析。结果：对照组25名患者中，治疗效果为优的有4例，良7例，可8例，差7例，有效率为68%；试验组患者疗效为优的有10例，良10例，可3例，差2例，有效率为92%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=3.845，P＜0.05）。结论：骨蚀灵配合微创手术治疗ARCOI、II期股骨头坏死的疗效显著，且后期恢复较好。

Objective: To study the effect of Gushiling with minimally invasive surgical treatment of ARCO I,II femoral head necrosis treatment,in order to guide clinical application.Methods: 50 cases of patients with femoral head necrosis in ARCO stage phaseⅠand phaseⅡwere selected from Dec 2015 to Mar 2016 in our hospital,and randomly divided into two groups,each group of 25.The control group were given minimally invasive surgery according to the illness needs corresponding,the experimental group were given gushiling with minimally invasive surgery treatment,the therapeutic effect of two groups ofpatients and recovery effect were observed and analyzed.Results:The control group of 25 patients,treatment effect for optimal in4 cases,7 cases,8 cases,7 cases,effective rate of 68%;Experimental group patients with curative effect for optimal in 10 cases,10cases,3 cases,2 cases,the effective rate of 92%. The difference was statistically significant(χ2 =3.845,P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of gushiling with minimally invasive surgical treatment of ARCO I,II femoral head necrosis significantly,and the latter is better recovery.
